When you submit the Check Availability form, call us, or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- • Your name and the organization, school, or company you represent
- • Email address and phone number
- • Event date, event type, venue, location, and estimated audience size
- • Budget range and any details you include in the message field
- • Any additional information shared by phone or email while planning your event
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit RandyAndrewsLive.com, our website platform records standard technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. This is routine server activity used for security and basic performance monitoring.
HOW WE USE IT
We use your information to do the job you contacted us about — and nothing else:

AT THE SHOW
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & AUDIENCE FOOTAGE
Live shows get photographed and filmed. Because comedy hypnosis and mentalism put audience members on stage, we want to be completely clear about how that works.
WHAT GETS RECORDED
Performances may be photographed or recorded by Randy Andrews Live, by the hosting venue, or by the client. Recordings can include the audience and on-stage volunteers.
HOW FOOTAGE IS USED
Footage may appear in promotional material — the website, social media, sizzle reels, and media kits. Volunteers are always shown as willing participants in a comedy show, never in a way meant to embarrass anyone.
HOW TO OPT OUT
Anyone who prefers not to appear on camera can tell the event host, venue staff, or Randy directly — before or after the show. To request removal of specific footage already published, email us with the details.
Clients and venues may set their own recording rules, and we follow them. At high school and youth events, all photo and video handling follows the school's own media release policy — see Minors & Student Information below. Volunteering for a show is always voluntary, and any participant can decline to continue at any point.
SCHOOL & YOUTH EVENTS
MINORS & STUDENT INFORMATION
RandyAndrewsLive.com is built for event planners, administrators, and adult decision-makers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through this website. Booking inquiries come from adults — activity directors, principals, student life staff, teachers, and parent committees.
Student Participation in Shows
When Randy performs at a high school or youth event, student participation is entirely voluntary. Any photo or video that includes identifiable students is handled according to the school's own media release policy. If your school requires a signed media agreement, designated no-photography areas, or a full recording restriction, tell us during planning and we will follow it exactly — in writing, in advance.
Student Records
We do not request, receive, or store student records, grades, health information, disciplinary records, or any education data. Our contact with a school is limited to the adult staff coordinating the event and the logistics of the performance itself.
If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through this website, contact us at randy@randyandrewslive.com and we will delete it promptly.

Call Tracking & Recorded Calls
We use tracked phone numbers so we know which pages and campaigns are generating inquiries. Calls to our tracked numbers may be recorded or monitored for accuracy, quality, and booking records. If you'd prefer not to be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we'll turn it off or continue the conversation by email.
Do Not Track
This website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share your information only when it's necessary to deliver the event you hired us for:
- • Service providers — our website and CRM platform, email and text message delivery services, invoicing and payment processors, and scheduling tools. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
- • Event partners — when coordinating your event, we may share logistics with the venue, a booking agency, or a technical crew.
- • Legal requirements — if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- • Business transfer — if the business is sold or reorganized, contact records may transfer as a business asset.
SECURITY & RETENTION
How We Protect It
Your information is stored in password-protected, access-controlled business systems, transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS across the entire site). Access is limited to Randy Andrews and anyone directly supporting your booking. No system is perfectly secure and we can't promise absolute protection — but we don't collect more than we need, which is the strongest safeguard there is.
How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry and booking records as long as needed to serve you and to maintain business, tax, and contract records. To have your contact record deleted, email randy@randyandrewslive.com — we'll remove it, except where we're legally required to retain it.

YOUR CHOICES
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off the list. Emails about an event you've already contracted will still reach you — those are service messages, not marketing.
